Reservations :
A reservation is confirmed when you have received an email from us that details:

The client shall take all reasonable and proper care of the property and its contents and shall leave them in the same state of repair and clean and tidy condition at the end of the period of rental as provided at the beginning.

Excess cleaning charge.
The client has a commitment to take care of the property during their stay and to leave it in a reasonable condition on departure. It is also your agreement to pay for any breakages for which you are responsible. Should any specialist cleaning be required after the tenancy, or any breakages are evident, to cover the cost of this an invoice will be raised and charged to the client.
